Yes, on eligible services. Book a visit before 11 AM and we finish it the same day, for 30% extra.

Yes. Design your outfit in our 3D studio by choosing the fabric, colour, style and measurements, or send us a photo on WhatsApp for a quote.

At the visit, by cash or UPI. Online payment is coming soon.

We check every price again when you book. If anything has changed since you looked, you see the new total and confirm it before the booking goes through.

You get 25 coins when you sign up. Each coin is worth ₹1, and you can use up to ₹200 off an order.

A ₹2,999 membership you add at checkout when you pay online. You get 10% off that booking, 500 coins for your next bookings, and Patron Gold for 12 months.

Yes, free of charge, up to 2.5 hours before your visit. For changes closer to the time, message us on WhatsApp.

Within 4 to 5 working days, back to the way you paid.

Ask for a re-fix from your order page or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll look at it with you.

No. Your tailor measures you at home, and your measurements are saved to your account, so the next order is quicker.

With a 6-digit code sent to your email. There's no password to remember. You need to sign in to book, so your orders and measurements stay yours.

Yes. They're encrypted before they're stored, and only you and your tailor can use them.

Yes. Email us at support@pepaco.in or write to our Grievance officer, and we will delete it under the DPDP Act 2023.
