Cancel Free Up to 2.5 Hours Before
You can cancel your visit free of charge up to 2.5 hours before your visit window starts.

We Confirm
We cancel the visit and confirm it with you.
Refund, If You Paid
Anything you paid comes back within 4 to 5 working days.
Changes Within 2.5 Hours
Within 2.5 hours of your visit, your tailor may already be on the way. Call or message us and we'll try to move your visit to another time.

Refunds
- Refunds go back the way you paid and reach you within 4 to 5 working days.
- Working days don't include weekends or bank holidays.
- If you paid in cash, we'll agree with you how to send the refund.
Same-Day Orders
Same-day service costs 30% extra. If you cancel before your tailor sets out, we refund the extra charge too. Once your tailor is on the way, the same-day charge can't be refunded.
If Something Doesn't Fit
That isn't a cancellation. Ask for a re-fix from your bookings or message us, and we'll look at it with you.
